Chilli of the Valley - Black Abbott 250ml

Part of our Black Garlic range, the Black Abbott is a delicious dark sauce made from 12 day slow roasted garlic bulbs and blended with a series of varied spices. Interstingly black garlic is known for it's health benefits such as lowering cholesterol and contains twice as many antioxidants as standard white/fresh garlic.

The subtle sweetness of the dark muscovado sugar and fresh finish from the balsamic vinegar contributes to an everyday alternative to regular ketchup.
